Sound Pure's Take
This little stomp box is an interesting expansion on the classic tube screamer design. It has four distinct drive settings that are easily made to achieve a variety of overdrive options. The first is the same circuitry as the standard TS9 we all know and love, and was used by many legendary players throughout the years. On top of this the next three settings continually add increased bass response that allow crunchier tones, steadily moving away from the more classic tube screamer tone, and towards a more modern pallet.
From Other (Miscellanous Used/Vintage/Consign)
The Ibanez TS9DX Turbo Tube Screamer Effects Pedal features the same circuit as a TS9 Tube Screamer and also offers 3 new settings for increased low end crunch: +, Hot, and Turbo.
