What We Think

Condition: Used, Very Good

SP Luthier Notes: A majority of frets showed evidence of play wear. As such, the frets were leveled, recrowned, and polished back to a near mint state. The guitar required an adjustment to the truss rod, nut, and bridge to be brought to a perfect level of playability. A number of frets had become raised above the fingerboard and partially out of their fret slots which necessitated gluing and reseating said frets into the fingerboard. (A) Minor dent(s) present on the guitar required our luthier to fill, color match, and refinish the area massively improving the cosmetics of the guitar. No further work was required.

Manufacturer's Description from Huss & Dalton

To multitudes of contemporary guitarists, the dreadnought is the king of the heap, and our TD-R leads the pack as a rosewood flat top that brings the best of the past to the requirements of the present. Indian rosewood and Sitka spruce are dressed in herringbone and ivoroid trim. A powerful bass register stands above a rich balance of mids and highs, creating a guitar that was born to lead the band.
