Play it soft and it answers sweetly, but push it harder and it will attack the sonic spectrum with everything from a whisper to a scream. It's dual humbuckers are balanced and powerful, blending in and out of one another, using its two volume knobs, to produce an impressive range of tonal possibilities before ever taking its master tone knob into account. Should you need it, the tone knob has an even sweep, and offers perfect control to fine tune just where the guitar's frequency lives in the natural mix of the room. It even produced a lovely variation of the famed "woman tone" Clapton popularized with Cream. The versatility of this guitar cannot be overstated. Whether you play the blues, hard rock, jazz, country contemporary music, or act as a jack of all trades, this guitar has the sonic versatility to be at home in any genre of music.
