The Gibson SG Special delivers the unmistakable feel of a classic Gibson with a wonderfully direct, no-nonsense approach to tone. Its solid mahogany body and Slim Taper mahogany neck create a lightweight, comfortable playing experience, while the Vintage Cherry nitrocellulose finish gives it an unmistakably timeless look. A pair of P-90 single-coil pickups provide plenty of personality, offering everything from warm, articulate cleans to gritty, punchy tones that respond beautifully to your touch. The 24.75" scale length, Indian rosewood fingerboard, and medium jumbo frets make for a familiar and inviting feel across the neck.
