SP Luthier Notes: Minor dents were drop-filled, color-matched, and refinished. The bridge was reglued and secured. A crack adjacent to the fingerboard was repaired by stabilizing, filling, and refinishing the area for long-term stability. A few frets were leveled, crowned, and polished. no furhter work was needed.
The Gibson J-45 is an absolute classic, and this one brings the magic in spades with its Sitka spruce top dressed in a rich vintage sunburst and paired with Indian rosewood back and sides for extra depth, shimmer, and sustain. Scalloped, tapered bracing keeps the response open and lively, while the ebony fretboard and belly bridge add snap and clarity to every note. Elegant touches like ivoroid binding, a tortoiseshell pickguard, and stunning gold mother-of-pearl headstock inlays give it serious vintage charm.
