What We Think

A stunning specimen from one of the country's most beloved makers!  Froggy Bottom's a fun name but this instrument's level of quality is something deadly serious.  From the neck carve to the binding work, the tonewood selection to the unique H-14 dimensions, this guitar stands out miles ahead of most of what's out there, plain and simple.  Uncommonly sustaining and nuanced, the tone of this guitar calls to mind the depth that vintage instruments are known to possess while also offering an immediacy of response and ease of playability that many acoustics just don't.

Condition: Used, Very Good (two small dings in the top, pictured)

Manufacturer's Description from Other

The H-14 is the proverbial 'OM' guitar. With a scale length 1/4” longer than the H-12, and its slightly foreshortened body and higher bridge placement, the H-14 Grand Concert guitar is favored by players of ragtime and country blues, flat-picking and songs.
