Sound Pure's Take
Condition: Used, Vintage, Very Good
SP Luthier Notes: A majority of frets showed evidence of play wear. As such, the frets were leveled, recrowned, and polished back to a near mint state. The guitar required an adjustment to the truss rod, nut, and bridge to be brought to a perfect level of playability. No further work was required.
Sometimes, you just need a guitar with no bells and whistles, and is as simple as it gets. Look no further! Single pickup? Check. Great playability? Check. Simple controls? Check. Mojo? YES. This guitar is a small, no frills tone machine that plays incredibly well (especially in part because of our Luthier's incredible fretwork). When you plug this thing in, it can get jazzy, bluesy, and yes, when turned up it sounds like a garage band shred machine. And to top it off: does any guitar look cooler? We don't think so. DOn't miss this one!
