What We Think
Condition: Used, Very Good. This instrument shows signs of regular play wear and use, and there are small dings and scratches throughout. None of these compromise in any way the playability of the guitar. There is a finish defect on the back of the guitar (small white flecks; pictured).
SP Luthier: A majority of frets showed evidence of play wear. As such, the frets were leveled, recrowned, and polished back to a near mint state. The guitar required a full adjustment to the truss rod, nut, and bridge to be brought to a perfect level of playability. No further work was required.
The Fender Limited Edition 40th Anniversary 1954 Stratocaster is a vintage-inspired tribute that captures the feel and tone of an early Strat. Its alder body and trio of Fender USA single-coils deliver the unmistakable chime, clarity, and dynamic response that made the model so influential. The thick C-shaped maple neck and 7.25" radius give it an authentic old-school feel, while the Tobacco Sunburst finish completes the classic look.
