What We Think

Condition: Used, Very Good

All the best features of a brand new, true vintage spec 60's Jazzmaster with just a few modern upgrades. Most notably, the 9.5" fingerboard radius (as opposed to the true vintage, chord friendly, 7.25"). The nitro finish looks great on this little number and will age beautifully (along with the binding). Plugged in, the Pure Vintage '65 wax potted pickups sound sweet and give you that classic Jazzmaster tone. If you love everything about vintage JM's, but need a player's guitar, this one will serve you well for years to come.

Manufacturer's Description from Fender

Originally designed to appeal to jazz guitarists with elegant appointments and sophisticated controls, the Jazzmaster found its way into the hands of musical rebels. From surf to punk and indie rock, its flexible sound heralded the call of change and shaped the voice of rebellion. The American Original ‘60s Jazzmaster faithfully recreates the voice and style of this classic guitar, supplementing them with smooth, modern playability.
