Sound Pure's Take
The Eastman DM1 Classic captures the lively spirit of a traditional gypsy jazz guitar with crisp projection and quick, percussive response. Its Sitka spruce top and ladder bracing deliver that dry, articulate snap, while the rosewood laminate back and sides add warmth and focus. A flat ebony fingerboard, 670mm scale, and comfortable flat “D” maple neck make fast runs and rhythmic comping feel effortless. Finished in understated satin with classic mustache bridge and gypsy tailpiece, this DM1 is a smart investment for serious players seeking authentic tone and dependable playability in a refined, road-ready package.
