Classic archtop tone! Eastman's AR605CED is as straight up as it gets! With a 16" Lower Bout and 3.25" body thickness this is a jazz box through and through. The mahogany back and sides produce a warm, stately tone with delightfully balanced mid-range. airy but pleasantly compressed highs and immediately responsive bass. Even when driven hard in a swing tune, this guitar maintains its tonal balance and gives you what you want from it, with nothing you don't. Seymour Duncan's Seth Lover set is the perfect pair for this as well, giving you the sweet, smooth tone you'd expect. And as always, you can't beat Eastman's quality-to-price ratio!
