The new DW 5500TD hi-hat stand is a 2-leg stand that features hinged memory locks at tube joints, swivel legs, and a locking clutch. Traditional hi-hat stands fold while the DW5500 uses a patented uni-body folding footboard so the footboard stays attached to the stand during storage and transportation. The patented Lateral Cymbal Seat allows you to adjust the angle of the bottom hi-hat cymbal. The DW 5500TD brings new life and features to the hi-hat stand.
