Duesenberg’s flashy and bold aesthetic is mellowed out on this one...but don’t think that means it’s lacking in the tone department!
This guitar has an amazing amount of warmth and mellowness but with a surprising amount of oomph and body for a semi-hollow guitar. The hum-cancelling PH-90 in the neck is mellow and smooth while the D-Tron humbucker gives a great, sparkling bridge tone. Turn on a little distortion and listen to those natural harmonics ring out with a great, bold, and full-sounding saturation. This guitar sounds like a cadillac with the windows down on a summer’s day...and plays just like one too!
Everything from the mellow pickings to the aggressive and driven open chords ring out rich and full, proving that this Fullerton Elite is the complete package for the distinguished guitarist.
