The Dingwall Super J5 is a 5-string multiscale electric bass guitar featuring a Satin Vintageburst finish over a two-piece alder body and a AAAA flame maple top. Construction features a three-piece maple neck with a custom black satin finish, a medium-thin C profile (.787"–.906"), a 1.8" nut width, and a maple fingerboard with 22 fanned nickel-silver frets across a 35"–32" variable scale length and a compound 7.5"–25" radius. Weighing 8 lbs 3 oz, it includes a Levy's Deluxe Gig Bag. Electronics feature two custom hand-wound FDV pickups routed through Volume, pickup selector, and Tone controls. Hardware includes black Hipshot Ultra-lite tuners and a Dingwall Super Bridge.
