The GSP1101 is a great little guitar processor/preamp especially if you need a wide range of sounds but don't want the footprint of physical amps/cabs/pedals or might not have the luxery of cranking your favorite 100W amp during evening hours. Whether you run this into your effects loop, front of amp, or record straight through it you'll have a huge library of sounds and be able to quickly jump between presets and also tweak the settings while in use. This used model comes with a travel case from SKB and is ready for your studio or gigging needs!
The GSP1101 is the new paradigm in preamp/processors. We looked at the needs of the professional guitarists who already get their core tone with their amps, guitars, and fingers. The pros wanted to do everything from just adding a few effects to their existing tone to creating entirely new sounds with a single rack-mount preamp/processor. One concern they had in common; "Don't take over my rig like other preamps do." This required a whole new approach in design.
Established in 1977 by company founders Dave Sanderson and Steve Kottman, SKB Corporation manufactured its first guitar case in a small Anaheim, California garage. Today, SKB is recognized globally as an industry leader in the design and manufacture of molded polymer transport cases.
Vacuum, rotational or injection molded, these cases are engineered to provide protection for equipment utilized by hundreds of companies involved in diverse industries from music and pro-audio products to military, industrial and medical applications.
SKB even supplies maximum travel protection for consumer sports and electronics equipment. The familiar SKB logo has symbolized uncompromising quality and unsurpassed durability for three decades.
