All the mahogany on this thing really contributes to a focused sound--more crisp and clean than dry and woody--while the Adirondack top and braces brighten up the color across the tonal range. Solo singer/songwriters and group-based lead pickers will both appreciate the unusual clarity this dread has to offer--complex harmonies and careening melody lines come across completely intact with no loss to the volume and presence any player would expect from this classic body shape.
