I was blown away by how bold and muscular this amp sounds compared to other Deluxes. It has a very strong mid-range yet remains warm and full of clarity as you push it harder. As with most Deluxes, the first channel sounds absolutely magnificent, but the reverb and tremolo are both solid and are exactly what you would expect from an American-style amplifier. Finger-jointed pine cabinets covered with aged sealed tweed, triple chrome plated steel chassis, the best in the industry custom wound paper bobbin transformers, point to point wired eyelet boards with cloth covered solid wire, custom manufactured Jupiter Red Astron capacitors, Allen Bradley carbon composition resistors, CTS potentiometers, Weber VST, Celestion, and Eminence speakers, Carling switches and NOS military tube sockets.
