Unlike many steel drums, the distinct sharp sound of Canopus steel drums gives no impression of cheapness and coldness. The Hairline finish adds a touch of character. By using chrome-plated solid brass tube lugs, this drum has a balanced and mellow sound whilst still retaining the desired brightness of steel. This drum has a presence that will never be overshadowed by the mid-range tones of string and keyboard instruments. This 8 lug Hairline Steel snare drum with die cast hoops is part of a limited edition of 15 drums.
