Featuring a Maple/Poplar/Mahogany shell with the Los Angeles bearing edge, this drum is a knock out. The Los Angeles is another favorite vintage edge inspired by edges cut in Los Angeles during the 1970s. It rounds over from the outside of the shell and cuts sharp from the reinforcement rings to the inside of the shell. The L.A. edge allows the drum to speak with warmth and a quick decay and is found on their 12th & Vine drum line. The Black Paua finish was meticulously hand laid into place by Billy Cardwell and is a product of an accumulated 20 plus hours of labor and love. Each of the abalone snares is truly unique and one of a kind work audio and visual art.

This elegant snare drum has a maple/poplar/mahogany shell with reinforcing rings. It features a 2.3mm chrome plated steel hoop as standard equipment. This solid hoop provides a reliable and versatile tuning range. Eight double sided Deco lugs comes standard on this drum.
