I've really grown to love the Starlight. It's a model that demands to be performed with. It just sings sweetly when plugged in, and it's got that magic quality where you'll find yourself losing track of time when playing it. The Swamp Ash tone is absoutely killer, it's got that scooped mid-range bite with the figured maple top adding a nice crisp and clarity. The fretboard is outstanding and gorgeous on this particular guitar, as well as its highly figured maple top. This is an excellent choice for the nylon-string player who performs on stage often, once you hear the character of the Starlight's sunny voice, you'll have a hard time going back to traditional Spanish-style concert guitars!

The Starlight Nylon is a Thin Body Electric Acoustic Classical Guitar. Starting with a one piece body of Swamp Ash a sound chamber is created by hollowing out the inside of the body. The sound chamber helps produce some acoustic tone unplugged which allows the player to hear the guitar in practice situations or other settings where plugging in is undesirable and adds a more natural tone when plugged in. The Top is braced using a Lattice bracing pattern which helps to strengthen the top and give a little more punch to the acoustic tone. The bolt on neck with our exclusive DeadBolt Neck Joint Design gives you that neck thru body feel with the convenience of a bolt on neck. The heel is rounded and smooth making the gutiar more confortable to play and gives easier access to the upper frets. The DeadBolt Neck Joint adds superior strength to the Neck and increased sustain to your tone. The pickup is the Barbera Soloist which has a clear and natural sound, reduced string noise, a high threshold before feedfack and perfect string balance. Perfect for large band applications or any setting where more volume is needed.
