Sound Pure's Take
Condition: Used, Excellent
SP Luthier Notes: FA majority of frets showed evidence of play wear. As such, the frets were leveled, recrowned, and polished back to a near mint state. The guitar required an adjustment to the truss rod, nut, and bridge to be brought to a perfect level of playability. No further work was required.
Let's get straight to the point: Bourgeois makes RIDICULOUSLY good guitars, and this piece is no exception! Beyond the obligatory note that this guitar is made with BRAZILIAN ROSEWOOD BACK & SIDES, it's an all around workhorse. Premium Eastern Red Adirondack Spruce, an Ebony board and bridge, and tiny Mother of Pearl dot inlays...it doesn't get much better, and combined with a refined and understated appearance, this is a guitar that's built to thrill. Don't miss it!
