Amphion Loudspeakers is located in Kuopio. It’s a city in the eastern part of Finland. Our assembly team is small, but it’s very dedicated and very skillful. We hand-assemble our loudspeakers. We hand-assemble our amplifiers. Even the amplifier frames come in tiny pieces. That’s the way that we know that it’s up to the quality that we want them to be and that’s something I am very proud of. Still in today’s world, of course you need to have high-quality components, CNC machinery, high specs and tolerances, but I would still think that, ultimately the quality is defined by the assembly team. And we are very lucky to be in a place where actually people who work for us choose us -- not the other way around. And in our case, the nice thing is they all, in one way or another, they really love music and feel that they are doing something important. It’s not just assembling boxes. It’s something a little bit more.
