Martin stopped using brazilian as their default rosewood back in 1969, and the grain and coloration on this guitar indicates they saved the best and prettiest pieces for last. This is an all-original 1969 Martin D-28. The only repair is a pickguard replacement with a very nice Tortis Pickguard. The original black pickguard is included. There is some minor lacquer checking in the top and normal wear throughout. No fret-wear to speak of. Overall in Very Good + condition. Very clean inside and out. Plays very well and setup nicely.
