Sound Pure's Take

Condition: Used, Very Good

To excuse the cliche, this guitar sounds as good as it looks. And it is gorgeous: The turquoise and koa binding is especially stunning, not to mention the incredible walnut back and sides. Once you snap out of it long enough to play the guitar, you'll be wowwed by its piano-like balance of sustain and clarity. It exhibits surprising strength throughout the entire frequency range, staying bright but not brash all the way from low E to the twinkly treble notes. It's everything you want an OM to be and more.

SP Luthier Notes: Complete refret, fingerboard plane, and setup

From Other (Miscellanous Used/Vintage/Consign)

A bit smaller and a little more versatile than their dreadnought brothers, the OMs are proud of their remarkable volume and perfectly balanced tone. Articulate as Bob Dylan's biographer, they're coveted by modern fingerstyle players and contemporary flat-pickers alike.
