SP Luthier Notes: Seven minor dent(s) present on the guitar required our luthier to fill, color match, and refinish the area massively improving the cosmetics of the guitar. A majority of frets showed evidence of play wear. As such, the frets were leveled, recrowned, and polished back to a near mint state. The guitar required a full adjustment to the truss rod, nut, and bridge to be brought to a perfect level of playability. The guitar was restrung with .012s and the back and top of the guitar were buffed, bringing them to the best possible cosmetic appearance! No further work was required.
The H-14 is the proverbial ‘OM’ guitar. With a scale length 1/4” longer than the H-12, and its slightly foreshortened body and higher bridge placement, the H-14 Grand Concert guitar is favored by players of ragtime and country blues, flat-picking and songs.
