A unique body shape from Collings! Boy was I impressed with this guitar. Great balance and reacts well to many playing styles. Fingerstyle jazz showed off the incredible note definition, strumming revealed a headroom sufficient for even the heaviest of right hands, strumming while humming was a joy to hear the scooped midrange that gave the compliment for my voice.

As the bigger, bolder cousin to our classic C10 model and the newest body shape in our acoustic line up, the C100 combines parlor-style proportions with the power and volume of a large-bodied instrument. With a nearly 16” lower bout and 4 ¾” body depth, the C100 offers no shortage of solid, low-end response, yet the narrow waist and non-scalloped bracing design provide exceptional balance and clarity typically found only in smaller-bodied instruments.
