What We Think
For 20 years, Boucher has been putting out some of the most incredible acoustics you can find today anywhere. Masterful craftsmanship, artwork and engineering come together to make for really incredible instruments, no matter which Boucher you pick up. This guitar however is an echelon above just about everything else we've seen from the mad scientists at Boucher. Master Grade Red Adirondack Spruce and 5A Quilted Sapele come together to make for a guitar that is both artwork and a tool of monstrous tone - and, this piece is one for the little details! The abalone rosette, ebony appointments, rosewood binding(s) and 5A Adirondack Red Spruce Bracing all make for one hell of a guitar. It rings like a bell and is transparent, big and punchy - all the things you'd want and then some! This is a special guitar from our friends at Boucher...and, you don't want to miss this one!
About Manufacturer
A few years back a wonderful man named Robin Boucher drove to Sound Pure studios all the way from Canada. In his back seat, nestled in lovely tweed cases, he had some of the finest acoustic guitars to ever cross our northern border. We became immediate friends and his work was mind-blowing. The clarity of the tone, the immaculate fit and finish, the effortless playability. To top it all off, Robin got his start as a WOOD DEALER. He happens to live in an Adirondack red spruce forest!
