Sound Pure's Take
Used - Very Good
It's the holy grail of 12-strings, folks! Wow. Every detail on this one kills me. The 12-fret design gives it a warm cohesion, the three-piece back gives it a powerful bass response, the straight braces give it a balanced punch. Top that all off with indian rosewood back and sides and you've got something that rings as sweet as sleigh-bells on Christmas morning. I adore everything about this guitar. It's history, it's an instrument, it's a work of art.

From Martin:
Features sides and a 3-piece back of select Indian rosewood, attractively delineated by black and white purfling. The neck, of genuine mahogany and with steel T-rod, is hand-shaped for ease of action. 2-piece spruce top is chosen for its close-grain tonal qualities as well as its beauty and is finished in natural color to a mirror-like gloss. Body edges are bound with black and white trimmings; sound-hold inlaid with close black and white rings. Ebony fingerboard and bridge.
