Having owned one of these previously, I can personally attest to its sound. This pedal is KILLER. Each setting has its own character and voice, which packs a ton of sounds into a very simple, small box. The 5E3 setting indeed sounds woody and gritty, the High Power Twin setting add a nice chime over your regular tone, and the Tchula setting just throws a warm glow around the room. I liked to call the second knob/switch the 'blast off button' because once it's engaged...hold onto your seats! This simply-adorned gold box is a great always-on pedal or a yet another color to add to your palette of sounds. Snag it now before it's too late!

 The Lovepedal Les Lius features a three way toggle switch that allows you to change tones from 5E3 Woody (Tweed Fender Deluxe), High Power Twin (50′s Fender Twin) and Master Volume Tchula (combination of both the 5E3 Woody and the High Power Twin). The amount of VOLUME is controlled by the first knob. The second knob is a second gain stage which emulates what happens when you crank one of these vintage low wattage amplifiers.
