What We Think

The K Cluster crash brings a new sound to the expanding K series. Focused hammering, along with the thinner body, give this cymbal a faster response with a trashier tone. The raw unlathed bell amplifies some volume while also doubling a light ride bell tone. If you find yourself searching for something in between EFX and a china cymbal, the Cluster crash is a viable option.

Manufacturer's Description from Zildjian

The New K Cluster Crashes are extra thin in weight with an unlathed bell, and feature the traditional K style hammering technique with additional “cluster” hammer marks that create a darker, trashier sound with a fast attack and great response.
