What We Think

The Meinl Headliner Ash Cajon features adjustable top front plate corners and internal string system for cutting slaps and a sensitive, crisp snare effect. Metal strings span the inside of the playing surface to add the dimension of a snare sound and are completely adjustable. Four rubber feet are attached at the bottom allowing the cajon to resonate to its fullest potential while keeping the instrument stable on any surface. The Meinl Headliner Cajons are great for any skill level and are more than capable to integrate into your main act, live or in the studio.

Manufacturer's Description from Meinl Percussion

The Meinl Headliner Series Cajon delivers the classic cajon sound at an affordable price. It can be used in any music genre from flamenco to unplugged gigs in which it can deliver the rhythmic foundation for a whole band. It's ideal for use when a full drum set would be overkill.
