Mapex’s Saturn series of drums stand out from the crowd for their innovative shell design and construction. Consummated by 45-degree bearing edges and 2.3 mm power hoops, these drums are a benchmark of modern drum sound. This kit hails from Mapex’s third generation of Saturn drums, and so sports Mapex’s innovative isolation lugs, floor tom brackets, and mounting hardware. The previous owner of this set took incredible care of it, and as such it sports very minimal signs of wear. The original isolation bass drum mount was removed and the lugs replaced with Mapex originals, resulting in a virgin bass drum. This isolation mount is included and can be re-installed by unscrewing four of the lugs at the front and back of the drum. This is an amazing set that is sure to find a home soon, so don’t wait to ask us about it!
