The DW Collector's Series Knurled Black Nickel over Solid Steel 6.5x14 snare drum has a 3mm rolled shell that is a monster of a steel snare drum offered in the Collectors series.
This drum is rolled from pure steel and has an integrated reinforcing to add a touch of focus. This drum is not for the faint of heart. It has a piercing crack with a solid shell note that will have your band members squinting and weighs in at a little over 16lbs. All of the hardware is chrome plated steel and adds to the beautiful monochromatic look of this snare.
