Coronavirus Status Update

 Due to the virus situation, we are making some short-term changes to our in-person procedures. 

Our Experts are on the Phones, and we are Shipping!  

We are still rolling!  Many of our expert consultants are wired into our systems remotely, and available at our numbers above!  We are Shipping!  Critical staff is available at our facility, including some members of the Drum, Pro Audio, and Guitar consulting team to make sure we can still receive, ship, and provide the world-class consulting you have come to expect.

This is in order to keep you safe by interacting with customers only one-at-a-time in situations where things can’t be handled remotely.   

Drop Off and Pickup By Appointment-Only

Drop-offs and pick-ups are by appointment-only, and at the discretion of our sales team.  Our Saturday “open house” is closed for the time being.

This is in order to keep you safe by interacting with customers only one-at-a-time in situations where things can’t be handled remotely. 

This allows us to clean, sanitize, wipe down after each visit in order to keep you, our staff, and our community safe. 

In-person, Drop-off/Pickup Appointment-Only Hours:

Monday – Friday  10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Saturday  12 p.m. to 4 p.m.
