Some exciting stuff coming from the team over at Anderson Guitarworks, one of which being the new arm of their T-family, the Short-T! Given its' name for the shorter (24 3/4 inch) scale length, these guitars employ the same sharpness in design presented with previous Anderson "T"-Guitars, so despite it's smaller scale length, you still get the same "T" quality but with some interesting new capabilities. Some of the benefits in the shorter scale are a more mid-focused tone range that still has all the best parts of T-model that you have come to love, as well as a bit more ability to manipulate overdrive should you desire it, with some really nice saturation. Some more obvious advantages of this guitar, is its' incredible lighter form and feel, the ability to move around and reach frets easier, as well as some less obvious components such as opportunities to increase the string gauge should you choose to do so, which will do wonders for your tone. With some super warm TF series pickups, the Short T from Anderson has some extraordinarily full, and clear tones, but still has the ability to really pack a punch with the right amp. For any questions on this awesome electric guitar from Anderson or on any of the gear used in this video, call SoundPure today to speak to one of our many experts 919-682-5552! Gear Used: Anderson Short T Electric Guitar, Vovox Sonorus Instrument Cable, Little Walter 50 Watt Amp, Royer 121 + Shure SM57 Mics, Great River MP2NV, Great River MAQNV, Purple MC77 Compressor, Lynx Aurora AD Converter
