Audio Production Techniques: R&B/Hip Hop will explore the production techniques associated with producing an R&B track. A variety of topics will be explored including the creation of the "Beat" using live instruments, midi, and other synthesized instrumentation. We will explore vocal recording and processing including mic selection, harmonies, and vocal stacking. After the recording process is complete we will mix the tune exploring EQ, compression, reverb, delay, and other effects.
