The P-90 Artist is for the player looking for the hottest single coil tone that does not compromise high or low frequency response. This model is configured with specially designed P-90 Stacks in the neck and bridge positions. These pickups deliver that fat, punchy tone without the hum! To further enhance this "Tone Machine," we wire in a 3-way mini toggle that allows for series, parallel and split wiring. A select mahogany body and neck are matched with one of our premium flame, quilt or burl maple tops. This combination ensures plenty of warmth in the lower mid-range, balanced by nice sparkle on the high end. The P-90 Artist model is offered in the single cut-away body only with a fixed bridge (strings through the body) and rosewood fingerboard. It is available in chrome or gold hardware in any of our transparent colors.
