Eastman E20D Adirondack/Rosewood Acoustic Guitar 9440, from Eastman

This one has beautiful dark streaks on the top that caught my eye right away! I like to imagine what the piece of wood looked like before it was cut and set in place. More often than not, the ones with visual character have amazing tonal characteristics as well.

No matter how softly I finger-pick it, that powerful addy projects every nuance perfectly. Now the really test, I reach into my coin pocket and take out a thick flat-pick. I dig in and and WOW. This one can handle anything. Sparkle for days.
