What we think:

The Grand Cabaret is the ultimate fingerstyle/jazz/classical hybrid guitar. The tone is absolutely breathtaking! The upper register is clear and very warm, and through the side port you can really hear every nuance of your sound as you play. The characteristic mid-low register richness produced by the arched back has really come to life as the woods have begun to mature. This piece has opened up extremely well and is a fantastic example of John Buscarino's talent as both an archtop and acoustic builder.

It doesn't just sound great though--the playability is impeccable and it is equally as stunning visually. The rosewood back and sides have some of the most gorgeous figure we've seen!

Evidence of light use is apparent in surface scratches, however there are no structural defects of any kind. See pictures above for hi-def images.

Ordering a brand new Grand Cabaret costs over $11,000 at current pricing. This is an amazing opportunity to have this unique work of art at a huge discount! Call or email Sound Pure for more information!

Description:

The Cabaret is the perfect blend of traditional classical guitar and an acoustic archtop guitar. Specifically designed to meet the needs of the jazz or fingersytle player, the Cabaret is based on the Herman Hauser I classical guitar design. The Cabaret incorporates traditional classical building methods with the modern innovations necessary for today's jazz and fingerstyle playing. The graceful cutaway facilitates greater access for playing the upper register of the fretboard. Its carved back, unique among nylon-string guitars, enhances the lower midrange while aiding in projection. The two-way adjustable truss-rod gives easy access at the headstock for a perfect set-up. Special pickup systems are available for amplification of that beautiful acoustic sound.
