The 52F50 Compressor module is intended for professional application use in the API 500 series VPR racks and Lunchbox.

The 52F50 is a double wide 500 series compressor based on the vintage Neve 2254, minus the limiter section. The comp uses a Carnhill input transformer, diodes, a interstage transformer, a BA Neve style amplifier and Carnhill output transformer. The comp has a mighty warm, creamy and thick sound; great for warming up single source, but when using a pair in stereo they also excel when used on a group or stereo buses.
