Noble & Cooley 6x14 Horizon Series Maple/Mahogany Snare Drum  From Noble & Cooley

The Horizon line of snare drums was designed to compliment the Horizon drum kits. These snares are built of the same shell ply as the kits, and offer many of the same design features. The series brought a revolutionary new shell design that delivered a distinctive sound from conventional sized drums. The Horizon shell is a multiple ply design of maple with an inner veneer of mahogany to provide a softer and warmer tone. The plies are placed horizontally, with the exception of two stabilizing plies, which increases stability and resonance.
