16" carved archtop with sunburst finish.
I am very impressed with the focused, precise tone that this guitar produces and how efficiently it creates sound with very little effort required on the part of the player. This is not one of those instruments where you feel as though you have to fight your way through something to achieve the sound you are hearing. The pure, natural voice of the solid tonewoods speaks freely and with impressive warmth and clarity. The individual sound qualities of each component of this instrument blend in a very pleasing way and the result is a clear, singing tone that has just enough complexity to create amazing depth, while still exhibiting enough unity to project very well. The sunburst finish is absolutely beautiful and lends this piece a classic look to match its sophisticated tone--but don't hang this one on the wall! This guitar needs to be played!
