It's hard to believe a guitar could have this much depth and balance at the same time. It strums like perfectly orchestrated thunder, without losing any complexity at higher volumes. It projects perfectly. Just the kind of tone storm you'd like to get caught in. The top has a warm yellowish hue with some lovely bear-claw and the rosette is just the right combination of "organic" and "classy". The Rosewood's got more stripes than a tiger factory. If you’re looking for a flat-top that can do it all; not too big, not too small, well, you’re looking at it!

A popular guitar for vocal accompaniment, the Eastman Grand Auditorium models feature a very balanced sound though the range. They have volume sufficient for playing in a group. Grand Auditoriums work well as a hybrid guitar for fingerpicking and flatpicking.
