We are blown away every time Jamie Scott comes to us with a new idea for an amp. After a very successful release of the Wooly Coats "Spanky", Jamie called Matt, one of our electric experts, about the possibility of a more powerful Spanky, with his patented HybridMaster volume management included. Also, 3rd Power's new Dual-Mode reverb is included, and is one of the most three-dimensional sounding Reverbs we have ever heard!

The secret to this amp is in the Mid knob. Keep it around 9 o'clock for classic, scooped Blackface era tones, and right at noon and above, you'll start to experience a creamy, thicker tone that screams 50's Tweed/60's Brownface all packed inside this classy, vintage-inspired amplifier!

We basically doubled the power and clean headroom by opting for a power supply anchored by Mercury Magnetics transformers, Tungsol 6L6 output tubes and more. We integrated our patented HybridMASTER™ technology so this powerful Extra Spanky would still deliver your tone at any volume that’s right for the room. We went further and jammed in our Dual Mode all-tube spring reverb (from our flagship DUAL CITIZEN model) featuring an Accutronics large pan reverb tank.
